BARC The BI Survey 18 Ranks TARGIT No. 1 in Mobile BI and a Leader Across 16 Categories in 4 Different Peer Groups

Of the market’s leading 36 products that were analyzed in detail across its peer groups, TARGIT was a leading vendor in 16 categories and the top-ranked vendor for mobile BI against all other vendors in its OLAP analysis-focused products peer group. TARGIT has received consistently positive feedback from its customers over the last three years, reflecting the company’s investment and improvements based on customer feedback.

BARC’s The BI Survey 18 report is based on findings from the world’s largest and most comprehensive survey of business intelligence end-users.

This is the fifth year in a row TARGIT ranks number one for mobile BI in the OLAP analysis-focused products peer group. This year, TARGIT also received distinction as a leading vendor in 16 categories including Embedded BI, Recommendation, Location Intelligence, Visual Analysis, Innovation, and Competitiveness. TARGIT has recently strengthened the platform’s enterprise win rate, with investment and improvements in areas such as visual analysis and enterprise features like robust data governance and powerful enterprise reporting.

This year’s results demonstrate TARGIT’s strength for providing BI and analytics to a wide range of users throughout the entire enterprise with predefined reports and interactive dashboards. The BARC BI Survey 18 is based on findings from 3,045 user responses. Of the TARGIT customer responses, 71 percent are using the 2017 version of the product, 20 percent use 2018, 6 percent are on 2015, and 3 percent are still running 2013.
